Position: Intern Remuneration: As per the GIZ scale Application deadline: December 23, 2018 Duration: 3 Month Duties and responsibilities Responsibilities: The Intern will provide support both for the Programme Director and the communication and Knowledge Management Section in the day-to-day activities. The incumbent has the following major responsibilities * Assists for the development of standard information materials production for EnDev Ethiopia; * Reviews local and international broadcasted press releases on renewable energies and suggest at least two articles to be shared per month; * Assists in the preparation of meetings and workshops; * Assists in organising resource centre documentation; * Assists in coordinating success stories data for newsletters and donors’ reports; * Contribute to documentation of program events such as meetings, events and workshops; Within the context of the above-mentioned responsibilities, she/he fulfils the following specific tasks: * Assists in preparation of project proposals, project documents and reports; * Assists briefing materials and factsheets are prepared in a timely manner; * Adapts and implements tools and techniques to improve data quality and use; * Assists in preparation of EnDev EU Communication and Visibility Plan 2019; * Ensures timely submission of assignment as per the desired standard for higher decision making; * Updates the existing filing system of project’s publications, booklets, audios and videos for easy retrieval; * Need based support to donor reports; * Identifies priority activities and assignments; adjust priorities as required * Contributes to a structured work environment; * Administrative support to the Project Director/s; * Takes minutes of various meetings; * Carry out other duties that may arise during the contract period. 1.
