A qualified and experienced Senior Fleet and Transport Coordinator is needed by our client, a rapidly expanding agricultural and industrial business, to join their team. You will manage the transportation budget, plan, schedule, and oversee track vehicle maintenance, fuel expenses, and other associated tasks as assigned by the Procurement and Logistics Manager in your capacity as an experienced fleet and transport coordinator. Key Responsibilities  Prepare and submit regular and comprehensive weekly reports to the appropriate authorities on truck execution and vehicle movements and problems  Develops effective working relationships with transporters to secure the most cost- efficient transportation rates and ensures execution of all required business outcomes.  Transporters Contract negotiations and compliance  Continuously monitoring the progress of transporting goods and keep records of goods transferred and received  May be required to work non-traditional hours...
