// The project: The 21 months project is called “ Enhancing social cohesion in Ethiopia: opportunities, protection and employment for returnees, minors and potential migrants (HOPE)” , cofunded by Italian Agency for Development Cooperation Implemented in consortium with other organizations. Role and responsibilities · Organizes the orientation, consultancy and psycho-social support activities for returnees, under the guide of the project coordinator/manager and the senior expert of psycho-social services for returnees; · Identify the returnee needs and define the most adequate support · Leads the training and the coaching for the experts and the representatives of public services involved, both on site during the missions and remotely; · Elaborates the data collected during monitoring missions; · Participates on the planned missions · Writes detailed reports on missions and activities; · Participates actively in the development and practicability of the protocol for the psycho-social support of returnees; · Participate and Leads the data collection during the assessment on psycho-social needs of the returnees; · In coordination with the project coordinator/manager and the senior expert of psycho-social services for returnees, monitors the therapeutic support activities organized in the psycho-social support services center; · Constantly coordinates with the project coordinator/manager and the senior psychologist during the missions of the senior expert and through remote communication methods; · In collaboration with the psychologist, social worker and the psychosocial team, plan and conduct individual, group or family based psycho-social support meetings in the target communities; · Ensure strong partnership with the psychosocial team and other project teams · Activates the pilot team by ensuring active collaborative partnership with the team · Establish, train and mentor the peer support group and the animators; · Organizes, coordinates and conducts: ü Analysis and definition of the social context ü Analysis of best practices ü Analysis of returnees’ psycho-social issues Job Requirements Requirements: Master’s degree preferably in Psychology, Social Psychology, S ocial anthropology, and related fields Experience on psycho-social complex interventions, Previous experience/knowledge of psycho-social support services with reference to migrants and returnees, Experience in social services organization , Excellent analysis skills and compilation of reports/documents, Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
