To contact and visit customers on regular bases to identify customer need, promote products, and take measurements as needed Meet the sales targets as provided by the company. Maintain existing business and targets new business to generate increased sales volume at established profit margins. Enhance customer relationship to increase sales opportunities at the highest level possible. Respond to technical questions forwarded from customer service or inside sales, outside sales, contractors, engineers, owners, etc. regarding the company’s products. Makes periodic job-site visits for product installation inspections and/or training sessions. To inform the customers about the status of their orders, in accordance with existing company procedure Gather customer feedback and inform the supervisor within the shortest time possible, in a written form Attend customer complaints on the site and coordinate with the sales coordinator and customer relationship officer on the resolution of the complaints. Provide advice and assistance to customers in the most appropriate ethical manner to meet their needs, demonstrating due attention to customer care in a professional approach at all times. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated authority of the company: Explain the benefits and features of the company products to prospective and existing customers Keep records of inquiries, comments and complaints and actions taken and provide feedback on the same To carry out any other reasonable and associated duties and responsibilities assigned by the management Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience in sales and marketing Industry--FMCG, Consumer, Food, Beverages, (Coca-Cola and Pepsi and water), Paints, Cement, tools, Chocolate, milk, Chemicals and steel retail Business Management graduate and postgraduate, Engineers, Science, Architects, economics, Marketing, Sales Having driving license preferred ready to travel and ready for transfer Minimum CGPA 3/Strong Computer Skills Team player with excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills Genuine interest to work with and help customers Result oriented and ability to uphold confidentiality Ability to travel and work under pressure How To Apply: Candidates who meet the mentioned qualifications can send their CVs to: Feven.Tariku@safalgroup.com until October 18, 2017.
