Country Manager / Center Head-Addis Ababa

Role of the Country Manager / Center Head would be broadly as under:

  1. To represent our company in Ethiopia.
  2. To coordinate with Presidents / Vice Presidents of various government universities for finding out the vacancy positions, etc.
  3. Will need to receive selected candidates at Addis Ababa airport on their arrival.
  4. Assist candidates to get Work Permit / Resident Permit
  5. Find out the recruitment possibilities in Private Colleges / Establishments for recruiting professionals from India.
  6. Coordinate with the interview delegates whenever they are travelling to India for recruitment.
  7. Would need to travel periodically to various Ethiopian Universities.

The ideal candidate should be a resident of Addis Ababa , a graduate or above, with minimum 5 years of work experience in any service industry in Marketing or Business Development Candidate with experience in academic instituion may also apply.Foreign education qualification will be an additional advantage .Age between 30 to 40 years ,an extrovert and pleasing personality.

Salary per month: Ethiopian Birr 12,000 to 15,000

Other Benefits :Conveyance reimbursement and an opportunity to travel to India with the delegates every year.
