Kifiya Financial Technologies Regional Sales & Distribution Manager   Maintain sales of products and services, ensure availability of products & services, growing Revenue & managing staff in the assigned region. Maintaining to enhance well-structured agent network expansion and agents retention in to our business having a transparent integration which will drive our sales and ultimate outcome. Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change. Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. On time and accurate sales reporting on a daily basis to the respective person from finance and supply chain parallel with CS&D. Consistent coaching across the team to develop sales volume and sales force effectiveness. Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned territories; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales planning and forecasting with detailed action plan and activity timeline. Implement effective sales and distributions operational tactics related to all business group portfolio. Managing the sales team, Build new relationships offering the company’s product range and boldly execute terms of business. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members has same level of knowledge. Identify any risks and/or shortcomings and putting in place any remedial changes needed to ensure agreed sales/ commercial level are delivered reliably. Keeping a close eye on sales activities of own and competitors to overcome, utilize ideas where appropriate. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with agents, stakeholders needs. Place any remedial changes needed to ensure agreed service and sales level are delivered reliably and resiliently. Enhancement of appropriate credit sales collection before credit due date. Manage & control expenditures to ensure profitability is as planned. Ensure all direct reports has proved their sales excellence towards the business and the designated region. Maintains and expands customer base by counseling area sales managers; building and maintaining rapport with key agents & customers; identifying new agent opportunities. Recommends new product & services by identifying opportunities, surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors. Implements trade promotions by tracking and evaluating trade spending Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. An employee is expected to work 48 hours in a week accordingly. Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.   Job Requirements Education:  Bachelor’s degree in business/commerce, marketing OR related field of studies. Experience:  Minimum 6 years in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, across wholesale and retail, with good Route To Market Knowledge. At least 3 years managerial work experience in sales and distribution team with Sales & revenue target responsibility.   Preferred   if have a solid understanding of the retailers market; brands, operations, companies and technologies. Knowledge, Skills, Competence: ·      Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans. ·      Solid understanding of retail space and FMCG operating issues. ·      Fluent in Amharic and English. Other local languages a plus. ·      Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high performing sales team. ·      Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and manage a diverse sales team to achieve sales plans. ·      Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and coach team members. ·      Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage the business and P&L to meet objectives. ·      Strategy, development, project management, problem solving and change management. ·      Exceptional negotiating skills. ·      Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills, strong business I.T. usage skills. ·      Able to build positive lasting relationships both internally and externally. ·      Decisive, passionate and empathetic. ·      Self-starter, leading from the front. ·      Honest and reliable ·       Able to effectively present information at all levels.   How to Apply Should have well prepared updated non-returnable CV and application letter stating the position; No additional document is required at this stage.
