Job Description

Purpose of the Job: - To handle all guest and client questions, provide information, handle day-to-day sales administrative and duties and support related projects

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet all clients with strong customer service and communications skills
  • Record all incoming/outsourcing clients information
  • Provide direction to all clients in terms of who to speak to
  • Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently.
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications
  • Manage the manager's and/or team’s requests as it pertains to interacting with internal and external executives, consultants and assistants to coordinate meetings.
  • Screen incoming emails and distribute them to relevant team members for action or follow up.
  • Handle unit / function routine correspondence.
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • File documents according to execution numbers and filing protocols to assist in document control processes
  • File documents and contracts in soft copy as required
  • Process invoices as needed
  • Ensure all office files are managed according to confidential and internal processes
  • Review and summarize reports and documents


Academic qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales and/or Business Management

Additional qualifications

  • Able to communication verbally and in written format to all organizational levels
  • Ability to prioritize and organize through excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including word, Excel, power point and Outlook;
  • Efficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential (local regional language is an additional asset)
  • Ability to work in team and has excellent  communication skill
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented attitude and well-organized work ethic
  • Negotiation, sales promotion and assessment skills
  • As a first impression for guests, someone who comes across as positive and can provide exceptional sales and receptionist service;
  • Preferably with previous experience in customer service industry;

Years of experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service

Salary: Negotiable
