The purpose of this job is to ensure the Bank serves its Customers efficiently and without interruption by properly supporting Card Banking; to follow policies and standards to review documents and solves user requests to ensure the satisfaction of Customer’s ATM experience; to develop, maintain and support knowledge directory (knowledgebase) based on requests from Users; to ensure that Customer ATM related requests are addressed in a timely manner; to prepare timely reports on frequently asked questions; to support and assist users on a daily basis to solve core banking related issues; to monitor and administer the ATM services of the Bank as well as all infrastructure used for ATM banking and etc.
