The jobholder is responsible for corporate transformation, business process improvement and change management activities in the Bank. The job holder is responsible to develop new policies and procedures of the Bank and ensure that the existing ones are updated timely. He/she is also responsible to manage different transformational projects conducted in the Bank. The jobholder will identify, develop, deploy and retain staff within the Bank through effective talent management.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or related field plus a minimum of 12 years’ experience working in a Strategy Implementation, Planning, Monitoring and evaluation related roles in a Financial Environment.
Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
