Job Description

1. Act as point of contact for external stakeholders and business partners.

2. Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities to adress company's business needs.

3. Actively participate in event organization and clients/guests handling.

4. Maintain filing system in accordance with company's regulation.

5. Organize and facilitate visits, meetings and other coordination among people and organizations. 

6. Generate and update the company's profile, brochure and related materials according to need of promotion.

7. Facilitate the needs of other internal departments.

8. Take care of the general management of the company both in Addis and Adama.


 At least 2 years of work experience in related area.
 Degree holder in any  field of study.
 Proficient in English and Local language.
 Great Communication , detail oriented and problem solving skills.
 Work Location:  Adama Industrial Park
