Position 1: Risk Analyst

Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience: Minimum proven banking experience of four (4) years . Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Duty station: Head Office

Position 2: Risk Manager

Qualification: MA/MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields

Experience: Minimum proven banking experience of Six (6) years for Masters and eight (8) years for Bachelor Degree holders; of which MBA/MA two (2) years and BA (3) years of experience in Managerial/supervisory positions is required.

Duty station:  Head Office

Position 3: Division Manager CRM

Qualification: MA/MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields

Experience: Minimum proven banking experience of Six (6) years for Masters and eight (8) years for Bachelor Degree holders; of which MBA/MA two (2) years and BA (3) years of experience in Managerial/supervisory positions is required.

Duty station:  Head Office

Position 4: Corporate Analyst

Qualification: BA degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience: Minimum proven banking experience of four (4) years . Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Duty station:  Head Office

Position 5: Retail CRM

Qualification: MA/MBA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields

Experience: Minimum proven banking experience of Six (6) years . In addition, at least two (2) years of experience in supervisory positions is necessary. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Duty station:  Head Office

Position 6: Corporate CRM

Qualification: MA/MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields

Experience: Minimum proven banking experience of Six (6) years for Masters and eight (8) years for Bachelor Degree holders; of which MBA/MA two (2) years and BA (3) years of experience in Managerial/supervisory positions is required.

Position 7: Branch Manager

Qualification: MA/MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields

Experience: Banking operation experience of Four (4) years for Masters and six (6) years for Bachelor Degree holders; of which MBA/MA two (2) years and BA (3) years of experience in Managerial/supervisory positions is required.

Duty station:  Aweday

Position 8: Customer Service Officer

Qualification: BA degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience: Banking operation experience of at-least two (2) years as a Customer Service Officer. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Duty station:  Branches in Wolkite, Dilla, Togochale, Assosa, Wolkite, Kombolcha

Position 9: Branch Operation Supervisor

Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience: Banking operation experience of Four (4) years in branch and accounts operation. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Duty station:  Branches in Dilla, Kombolcha

Position  10: Customer Service Supervisor

Qualification BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience: Banking operation experience of Four (4) years as a Customer Service Officer & Cash Operations. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Duty station:  Branches in Kombolcha

Position  11: Branch Manager

Qualification: MA/MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields

Duty station: Branches in Assosa, Mettu, Worabe , Wolkite and Kombolcha
