Job Description

·         Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

·         Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

·         Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

·         Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

·         Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

·         Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

·         Be familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of visitor complaints or disputes.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·         Professional attitude and appearance

·         Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

·         Professional Certification in related fields with similar work experience

·         Six days work week

·         Working in Adama office

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
          Minimum Years Of Experience: #1_years

Salary:  Negotiable.  Remuneration package will be commensurate with experience
