Job Description
The primary role of this position is to work closely with the respective Stakeholder to insure harmonious industrial relations between the company and employees resulting in a positive work culture.
This will include designing, collaborating, and implementing in conjunction with other stakeholders, employee communication strategies such as employee communication forums, compensation and benefits benchmarking, employee engagement surveys, and engaging with external stakeholders.
