Marketing Specialist

As the Marketing Specialist, responsibilities will include but not be limited to as follows:  

  • Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
  • Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

The position of Marketing Specialist will require someone who is flexible in taking on other roles, because the duties are not limited to marketing duties only.


Agricultural Operations Manager

The Agricultural Operations Manager role will include the following responsibilities: 

  • Assist in developing business & asset needs, manage approved operating budget.
  • Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations.
  • Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
  • Supervise full and part-time operations personnel through responsible training clear job assignment definition and explanation.

As the Lead iOS and Android Developer, responsibilities will include as follows: 

  • Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features.
  • Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
  • Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications.
  • Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standard.

Lead Web Application Developer

As the Lead Web Application Developer, responsibilities will include: 

  • Designing, Coding, Modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. 
  • Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
  • Stay-up-to-date on current and emerging technologies, standards, and trends.
  • Continued testing, maintenance, and updates are handled by the web developer throughout the lifecycle of the website.


Research and Operations Assistant

The Research and Operations Assistant Position at Abay Global LLC includes several roles and responsibilities included but not limited to the following. Duties include collecting and analyzing data. Duties will also include drafting documents and preparing reports. The candidate must have great communication skills with the ability to speak and write about findings clearly, as well as understanding and ability to follow instructions.
