Finance Systems Development Manager

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Duration & hours: A full time, fixed term 6 month contract

Salary: c£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus benefits

Farm Africa has the ambition to be the leading European NGO specializing in Agriculture, Natural Resource Management and Market Engagement. The Finance Systems Development Manager role will play an important part in developing the Ethiopia country programme in line with Farm Africa’s global strategy to help us achieve this objective, to be the first choice of donors/business in Ethiopia.

The Finance Systems Development Manager will focus on two key projects in 2018; supporting the process to upgrade the finance systems to strengthen financial process within Farm Africa Ethiopia and support the Senior Finance Manager to cover the Head of Corporate Services maternity leave period.

This role will also liaise and work closely with Farm Africa’s central finance team based in London.

Database Manager

Salary:  c£35,000

Farm Africa is an international organisation, working to build a prosperous rural Africa; helping Farmers to increase their harvests, build their incomes and sustain their natural resources. We partner with government and the private sector to find effective ways to fight poverty.

We are looking for a Database Manager who will be responsible for the management and maintenance of Farm Africa’s database, putting data at the heart of fundraising, and providing other teams with database support.

The role provides support to all data and database users, ensuring compliance and developing the use of data in line with organisational needs.
