Our client is currently recruiting for a high performing Sales Manager who can direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Primary responsibilities will be maximizing company sales team potential, creating sales plan and justifying those sales plan to the upper management. Responsibilities Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan to expand customer base and increase sales revenue; Maximize the sales team potential by coordinate, support, guide, lead, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team; Follow-up sales team activities to make sure they are on the right track; Provide necessary support for his team to achieve their objectives; Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly Maintain necessary data, records and report for future reference; Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics Responsible for meeting sales targets through effective planning and budgeting; Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets; Monitor market prices, trends and competitors’ activities Implements sales programs by developing sales action plans; Map potential customers and generate leads for the company’s products;
Qualifications BA Degree in Sales/Marketing from recognized University Experience-5 years for Diploma and 3 years for BA Good mentoring, coaching and people management skills Determined, committed and focused on the job Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closing sales
