Adhere strictly to the site safety rules and systems and equipment operational procedures.
To lead and support the development and sustainable delivery of the Safety, Quality, Perfect Plant (Manufacturing Excellence), Engineering support and functional capability plans for Project Walia and Major Capex.
Implement asset care and perfect plant agenda to achieve manufacturing excellence through the execution of effective planned maintenance activities (e.g. shutdowns, overhauls) and providing technical input into the engineering teams in collaboration with the maintenance planners.
Provide great leadership to asset care team and expected to step change asset care culture in the business. One team mind set.
Roll out of a Meta site asset care strategic plans & drive their full implementation
Standards (GRMS) and procedures – Manage DWOB implementation and complete GRMS for the department and the site appropriates
Own your team development, performance management and reward. Handle and address employee related issues in team and ensure the sustainability of the team by building succession for all roles.
Prudence in Budgeting and Budget management for asset care, Utilities and CAPEX
Delivery of asset care KPIs
Dynamic Maintenance planning best practices for attainment of target plant availability, reliability and asset life cycle.
Monitor equipment life-cycle costs and advise appropriate modifications, upgrading or replacement.
Implement best engineering practices and provide input into asset care management, managing materials, components and spares required by the plant/equipment to achieve optimum cost.
Establish clear standards for all contractors in the area of engineering and ensure compliance to Permit To Work requirements.
Qualifications and Experience Required A combination of functional expertise, operations/ beer credibility, track record of people management and development, change leadership and cultural sensitivity. Minimum 10 years Manufacturing experience essentially in a senior role. Be authentic: be able to lead both teams and other leaders through strong influence and interpersonal skills with high cultural awareness Create possibilities through functional expertise, regional understanding, strategic insight and change management experience.
