Purpose of the Role
Making sure that SAP Users are fully trained and equipped to deliver service to markets. Ensure that SAP processes and systems are constantly challenged to identify improvement areas to enable the SAP team to Liberate Business Partners in the most efficient way.
To provide first line support to process team on specific processes and/or applications
Liase with Market and Global Process team on issues relevant to the above processes and/or applications
To identify process improvement opportunities
To be focal point for migration activities e.g. User Transformation Testing.
To support Procurement in delivering real time, professional administrative activities in SAP leading to a more efficient and effective SAP process.
Develop knowledge of process and system (specified in PPM) to be able to provide support for most issues raised by process team
Liase with applications support / Global Process team regarding issues which cannot be resolved by themselves
Support User Transformation Testing and Knowledge Transfers for system changes / upgrades/ new migrations
Identify and drive forward continuous process improvement opportunities
Participate / lead process induction for new comers
Ensuring that approvers matrix is updated
Liaise with Global SAP Support team.
The job holder may be instructed by his/her immediate superior to perform all tasks directly or indirectly related, additional or supplementary to the scope of duties defined in this role profile.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
University or college degree and 2-3 years relevant experience Work experience 2-3 years SAP, support functions experience At least 1 year experience with Diageo
Language skills English – advanced level System skills & Knowledge Knowledge of full scope of SAP transactions Strong outlook, power point and excel knowledge
