Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring a capable sales executive who can be a key point of contact between an organization and its clients and maintain a good quality sales environment by enforcing organizational standards with proper communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

  • Facilitate customer orders & payment collections by answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.

  • Develop effective sales strategies, both individually and as part of a sales team.

  • Organizes sales visits, demonstrates and presents products, establishes new business relationships and maintains accurate records.

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

  • Maintain positive business-customer relationships in the effort to ensure customers’ satisfaction.

  • Thoroughly track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc.

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

  • Prepare Performa invoice and & follow up to close sales.

  • Participate in a different bid, facilitate bid documents and negotiate contracts and packages.

  • Attends trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings as required.

  • Reviews sales performance against the monthly or annual targets.

  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English both writing and speaking.

  • Excellent communication skill

  • Able to work under pressure.

  • Ability to influence and negotiate with others.

  • Flexible and have a positive attitude.

Qualifications: BA Degree in Marketing Management

Experience: Minimum three years of experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
