Main Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise sales team performance and leads the implementation of new sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research, forecast sale volume, analyses competitive market structures, and identify consumer trends.
- Continually research new sources of prospective customer information and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
- Ensure sales and marketing data is collected, sorted, and analysed properly.
- Visit prospective and potential clients to identify needs, evaluate customer satisfaction, and promote products.
- Oversee day-to-day sales activities and take responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales goals successfully.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Assist management team with various projects and marketing campaigns.
- Continually assess the marketing techniques and their efficiency in meeting the sales target.
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
- Participation in the planning and execution of promotional plans for small and large-scale corporate events.
- Collaborating with marketing and communications managers to execute internal marketing and communications campaigns.
- Performs other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor as required.

Academic Qualification:
- BA Degree in Marketing Management or related fields.
Years of experience: 3+ years of proven experience in the field
