Job Description

    • Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven digital marketing and customer relations manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients to achieve company revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic individual with proven experience in sales, marketing, and client relationship management.

      Job Descriptions:

      • Develop and implement digital marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
      • Identify and pursue new opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
      • Lead sales efforts, including pitching products, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
      • Collaborate with department teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to support sales objectives.
      • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements.
      • Provide leadership and guidance to team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
      • Lead and mentor the digital marketing and customer relations teams.


      • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
      • 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Sales preferably in Real Estate sector.
      • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles.
      • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients and stakeholders.
      • Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
      • Leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and objectives.
      • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
