Food and Beverage Quality Controller

Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Food and Beverage Quality Controller to join our team. The Quality Controller will be responsible for overseeing the quality and safety of our food and beverage products, ensuring they meet all regulatory and company standards. This role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections, and working closely with production teams to address any quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for food and beverage products.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of raw materials and finished products.

• Identify and address any quality issues or non-compliance with standards.

• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improvements.

• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and findings.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Train and supervise staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

• Liaise with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.

• Prepare and present quality reports to management.
