Job Description

  • Support the Logistic team to follow up logistics processes and liaise with suppliers/factories/forwarders to ensure on-time delivery of orders;
  • Plan warehouses and distribution centers for efficiency both in operations and capacity
  • Organize transportation facilities, storages and manage information accrued from points of origin to delivery;
  • Arranging transportation movements, for services as necessary;
  • Coordinate and track the movement of goods through logistic pathways;
  • Prepare schedule (logistics plans) for products and packages to reach the desired destinations timely;
  • Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs to fairly minimum levels;
  • Identify and report for any exceptional cases during the order follow-up process;
  • Maintain quality throughout the logistic processes;
  • Responsible for supervising and accounting for an inventory;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive logistic documentation;
  • Other related tasks assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.

  • Knowledge of logistics systems and software is advantageous
  • Understanding of transportation systems and regulations

Working experience: 2+ years experience in related fields
