The jobholder is responsible for providing day-to-day operations of ATM and POS, recommends on the acquisition of the right ATM and POS devices. Closely monitors ATM and POS hardware operations, fixes minor issues that can be handled in house, escalates issues to external support providers to ensure 24/7 availability of ATM, makes technical evaluation of ATM and POS terminals and recommends on the right terminal for acquisition.
BSc Degree in Computer science, Information Technology or related field plus a minimum of three (3) years’ experience on ATM/POS operations and support(Preferable).
