Duties and Responsibilities
Support in all HR administration tasks including updating the staff database, arranging interviews, and facilitating the onboarding and induction processes;
Manage vacancies announcements on different newsletters & social media and other job portals for the timely collection of appropriate resumes;
Shortlist and screen applications as per the requirement set for the position including conducting background and reference checks;
Prepare job offer letters, and employment contracts and ensure that all staff filled out the required forms for employment;
Compile accurate and complete personnel records for new joiners in line with the organization’s HR guidelines and kept it confidential;
Ensure staff insurance registration and renewals are made in a timely manner;
Ensure staff are registered and covered by pension fund as per government pension law;
