Main Responsibilities & Duties
Oversee the process of business development within the company to promote its longevity.
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs.
Create more promotion ideas for the sales volume and relationship with existing and new clients.
Conduct training and mentorship to other staff and offer them technical skills to improve sales.
