POSITION SUMMARY The primary role of this position is to work closely with the respective stakeholders to ensure harmonious industrial relations between iSON and employees resulting in a positive work culture. This will include designing, collaborating and implementing in conjunction with other stakeholders - employee communication strategies such as employee communication forum, compensation and benefits benchmarking, employee engagement surveys, engaging with external stakeholders on matters of labour legislation, participate in dispute resolutions and negotiations matters, work closely with learning and development function on global L & D initiatives.
