Job description
· To understand the proper responsibilities and tasks of accounts department and its criticality for the success of business.
· Prepare and maintain accounts receivable and payable transactions and update all the information in the accounting software.
· Maintains financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts and follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
· Handling of payroll for number of staff.
· Knowledge about fund management, inventory, journal entries and fixed asset.
· Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
· Posting the bill expenses, insurance claims and other claims in accounting software Tally.
·Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures and preparing and submitting reports to management.
