Duties and Responsibilities
Provide support in staff planning, recruitment, induction, development, appraisal, performance management, and contract termination;
Enforce the Ethiopian Labour Law, company policy and regulation in all HR activities;
Coordinates all HR administration tasks including benefits administration;
Communicate with employees on updates related to their bank account, benefits and leave balances;
Handle vacancies announcements and follow up on the timely collection of applications;
Update personnel records in line with the HR guidelines and ensure their completeness;
Ensure staff insurance registration and renewals are made in a timely manner;
Ensure staff are registered and covered by pension fund as per government pension law;
Reviews the attendance management of the Company and its proper implementation;
Manage all HR-related correspondence in a timely manner and as per the labour law;
