Major Duties and Responsibilities
Manage all service contracts with service-providing companies and vendors including insurance companies, travel agencies, security and cleaning companies, etc.;
Oversee management of office stores for supplies and furniture, ensure the appropriate use of office stationeries, supervise stock and ensure the cleanliness of storeroom;
Ensures availability, suitability and maintenance of vehicle transport service to enable all components to perform their duties effectively and in a timely manner;
Ensure that all important documents related to general services operations and administration including contract agreements, correspondences are kept appropriately;
Carries out various activities related to materials handling, warehousing and inventory control, and/or property management;
Handle matters arising from government offices, visitors, court cases, visas, work permits etc.;
