Duties and Responsibilities


  • Manage and organize office meetings and events including arranging venues and coordinating participants and taking minutes of meetings as required.
  • Perform administrative duties and other general office activities including photocopying, faxing and mailing. 
  • Follows up and controls the printing and distribution of financial vouchers/documents.
  • Assists with the formulation and implementation of policies, procedures and/or processes. 
  • Schedules a variety of office activities, like utilities and facility payments, monthly tax settlement and making necessary arrangements for timely execution.
  • Assist in the preparation of bank transfers and/or other bank payments and monitoring of bank accounts.
  • Ensure that all cash vouchers and any other relevant documents are completely authorized.
  • Handle payment requests and correspondences for timely collection of funds.
  • Prepare different payments (check & bank transfer) and collect adequate documents during disbursement. 
  • Manage and follow up the settlement of account payables/receivables and provide consolidated monthly reports.
  • Encode all payments, bank transfers and collections to Peachtree accounts.
  • Prepare travel and work in advance and follow up the timely settlements.
  • Manages cash requirements and transfers funds as per the agreed schedule. 
  • Handle office inventory records and documents purchased and handed over materials. 
  • Maintains proper filing for all payments and collections and keeps information confidential.
  • Assists in other organizational activities and tasks, as assigned.

Additional qualifications  


  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Peachtree accounting software.
  • Efficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential 
  • Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented 

Requirements


Academic qualification 


  • BA in Accounting, business administration and or related business field 

Years of experience: Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience in the service sector
