Internship Overview:

As a Human Resource Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team, gaining practical knowledge and experience in various HR functions. This internship is designed to provide you with real-world skills that will prepare you for a successful career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support employee onboarding activities and maintain personnel records.
• Help with the organization and coordination of training programs and workshops.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Participate in policy documentation and compliance checks.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• A current undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
