Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and post job descriptions to attract data entry professionals.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and local networks to find qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Candidate Management:
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, particularly in data entry and English fluency.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring manager.
  • Manage the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring smooth integration into the team.
