Responsibilities
Parent Billing and Pricing Discussions:
- Act as the primary point of contact for invoicing and pricing discussions with parents, ensuring utmost clarity and transparency in financial matters.
- Create comprehensive billing sheets to meticulously track previous payments, forecast future payments, and establish a consistent follow-up schedule for all outstanding payments.
- Address any billing inquiries or concerns with the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Promptly and effectively resolve any day-to-day operational issues regarding Parent Billing and Pricing to maintain seamless business operations.
- Attain in-depth knowledge about the billing software utilized by the company to streamline processes and suggest any necessary improvements or upgrades.
- Proactively suggest and implement important events or adjustments to billing procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct regular and thorough financial analyses to assess the profitability of the company's operations and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide estimated profit/loss projections one week before the end of each month and precise profit/loss reports at the end of each month.
- Take charge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to optimize resource allocation, maximize profitability, and ensure long-term financial sustainability.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for various tutoring programs, initiatives, or investments to assess their potential impact on the company's financial performance.
- Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns, new technology implementations, or other strategic initiatives.
- Monitor cash flow projections and liquidity needs to ensure the company has sufficient funds to meet its financial obligations, such as payroll, operating expenses, and debt payments.
- Implement strategies to optimize cash flow, such as improving accounts receivable collections or negotiating favorable payment terms with vendors.
Tutor Compensation and Salary Negotiations:
- Oversee tutor payroll management and negotiate salaries as necessary, ensuring fairness and transparency throughout the process.
- Handle inquiries and changes related to compensation with the utmostย
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed about industry standards and trends in tutor compensation and salary rates.

- Design and refine the company's compensation structure for tutors, taking into account factors such as experience, qualifications, subject expertise, and performance metrics.
- Develop differentiated compensation plans or incentive programs to reward high-performing tutors and encourage retention
Policy Enforcement and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures related to tutor conduct, performance standards, and professional behavior.
- Ensure that tutors adhere to company policies regarding scheduling, session preparation, student engagement, and communication protocols.
- Monitor tutor compliance with regulatory requirements, such as background checks, certifications, and licensing, ensuring that all tutors meet necessary qualifications and credentials.
- Investigate and address any violations of company policies or code of conduct by tutors, taking appropriate disciplinary actions as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to tutors on policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Regularly review and update policies and procedures in response to changing regulations, industry standards, or organizational needs.
- Serve as a point of contact for tutors to seek clarification or guidance on policy-related matters and ensure consistent interpretation and application of policies across the organization.
Team Check-ins:
- Conduct weekly Zoom meetings with the upper management to present comprehensive progress reports, upcoming tasks and goals, and any unresolved issues requiring attention.
- Organize group meetings with the Supervisor, Fikir, and Yonathan to present detailed financial analyses, address unresolved issues, and propose viable solutions to operational challenges.
Proper Documentation:
- Maintain meticulous and organized documentation, including contracts and other essential records.
- Develop contracts for new partnerships and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Necessary skill sets

Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and cash flow management. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software is essential.
