Main responsibilities
• Prepare and compile monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including financial annual report adhering to ERCA standards.
• Prepare periodic financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and ERCA requirements, ensuring timely submission.
• Manage company withholdings, pensions and settlements with ERCA.
• Prepare monthly employee payroll and oversee income and expenses.
• Process payments, sales, and invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Manage cash and cheque collections, allocating them against outstanding customer receivables.
• Timely management (preparation & payment) of VAT, withholding, employee tax and pension.
• Monitor project financial performance (preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement) and conduct profit/loss analysis.
• Ensure all financial information is recorded in peachtree and support documents are well filled.
• Undertake duties as assigned by supervisor.Interested.
