Tsehay Bank job Vacancy Announcement No. 19/2024:

Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer

Qualification:

• A minimum of BA/BSc Degree holder from recognized higher learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration or other related field of discipline

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee

Position 2: Customer Service Officer

Education: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of studies

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as Junior Customer Service Officer

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer I

Qualification:

• BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of studies

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, out of which at least 2 years’ service AS Customer Service Officer

Position 4: Manager, Risk Management Division

Education: A minimum of BA/BSC preferably MA//MBA/MSC degree from a recognized higher learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Leadership, Business Administration, Project Management or related field of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience with at least 4 years’ service at supervisory or managerial level out of which at least 2 years in Risk Management & Compliance area
