Job Description:

Exact Dispatcher LLC is seeking a dedicated and efficient Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation operations, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups, and maintaining smooth communication between drivers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule dispatches for drivers, ensuring timely and efficient transportation operations.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and customers, providing updates on delivery times, routes, and schedules.
• Monitor delivery status and resolve any delays or issues in real-time.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and vehicle status.
• Ensure all relevant paperwork, including delivery logs and invoices, is completed accurately.
• Coordinate with the customer service team to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage fleet operations and ensure vehicles are maintained and operational.
• Perform other duties as required to ensure smooth operational workflow.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role in logistics or transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with dispatching software and general office tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in logistics or transportation management are a plus.
