Exact Trading PLC is a globally engaged company specializing in logistics, transportation, and trading. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher to oversee and coordinate efficient transport and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate the movement of goods and shipments.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor shipment progress and address any issues that arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of dispatch activities.
- Work closely with suppliers and clients to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Utilize dispatch software and tracking systems for real-time monitoring.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in dispatching/logistics coordination (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with dispatch software and transportation management systems is a plus.
