Position 1: Resident Engineer

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

BSc Civil or Architecture Eng with Minimum 10 Years of Relevant Experience.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Daily management of the project including oversight of the design, construction supervision and project management duties, along with leadership of the internal and external interfaces and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate and directs the activities of consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Direct the inspection of new construction for conformance with contract provisions, plans, specifications and sound construction practices.
• Establish and maintain important contacts with representatives of state and local government agencies, legislative bodies, and the public.

LANGUAGE

Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory.

Position 2: Sr. Quantity Surveyor

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

BSc Civil, Quantity Surveying Engineering with Minimum 8 Years of Relevant Experience.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Oversee the measurement of works, monthly payment requests, quantities quoted, and unit rates applied. 
• Participate in progress meetings and other meetings related to claims revision and analysis and oversee the preparation and review of variation orders.

LANGUAGE: Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory.

Registration Date: From January 08, 2025, up to January 14, 2025
