– Applicants can register in person from 18th December 2017, including Saturday, within 15 (fifteen) consecutive working days.

– At the institution’s office located near the Enat Building in Piazza, Addis Ababa

– As well as at the President’s Office in all regions except Oromia regional office.

• For positions requiring work experience, you must provide relevant work experience.
• For positions requiring a zero-year degree, candidates must submit a University Exit Exam certificate and a university graduation score of 2.5 for males and 2.00 for females.
• For positions requiring a level of education, candidates must submit a COC certificate.
• Candidates applying for positions requiring a zero-year degree must have graduated since 2015.
• Candidates who meet the requirements and are selected must be willing to undergo the training provided by the institution.
