Open Positions

1. Customer Service Officer – III

Place of Work: Branches under all districts

Qualifications:

  • BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in banking operations.

Salary: Per the Bank’s scale (fallback).


2. Administrative Assistant

Place of Work: Debre Birhan District Office

Qualifications:

  • BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or Administrative Service Management.
  • 2 years of related experience with BA OR 4 years with Diploma.

Salary: Per the Bank’s scale (fallback).


3. Collateral Valuator and Engineer – Mechanical

Place of Work: Head Office

Qualifications:

  • Minimum BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in designing, estimation, and valuation.

Salary: Per the Bank’s scale (fallback).


4. Innovation and Change Management Officer

Place of Work: Head Office

Qualifications:

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

Salary: Per the Bank’s scale (fallback).


5. Attorney

Place of Work: Hawassa District Office

Qualifications:

  • LLB Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience.

Salary: Per the Bank’s scale (fallback).


6. Senior Accountant

Place of Work: Head Office

Qualifications:

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance Department and Tax Authority.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws required.
  • Certifications in IFRS and ACCA are advantageous.

Salary: Per the Bank’s scale (fallback).


7. Branch Manager – Grade 1

Place of Work: Attota Branch, Hawassa City

Qualifications:

  • Minimum BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or Banking & Finance.
  • Minimum 6 years of banking experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

Salary: Per the Bank’s scale (fallback).
