Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in banking operations.

2. Administrative Assistant
Place of Work: Debre Birhan District Office
Qualifications:
- BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or Administrative Service Management.
- 2 years of related experience with BA OR 4 years with Diploma.

3. Collateral Valuator and Engineer – Mechanical
Place of Work: Head Office
Qualifications:
- Minimum BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in designing, estimation, and valuation.

4. Innovation and Change Management Officer
Place of Work: Head Office
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

5. Attorney
Place of Work: Hawassa District Office
Qualifications:
- LLB Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience.

6. Senior Accountant
Place of Work: Head Office
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance Department and Tax Authority.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws required.
- Certifications in IFRS and ACCA are advantageous.

7. Branch Manager – Grade 1
Place of Work: Attota Branch, Hawassa City
Qualifications:
- Minimum BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or Banking & Finance.
- Minimum 6 years of banking experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
