1. HR Assistant, Talent Acquisition and HR Services
Location: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities (fallback applied):
- Support HR services and talent acquisition processes.
- Assist with HRIMS system operations (if applicable).
- Provide administrative support to HR functions.
Qualifications:
- BA Degree or Level IV Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- 2 years of relevant experience with BA degree OR 4 years with diploma.
- Computer literacy required.
- Knowledge of Amharic required; knowledge of other local languages advantageous.

2. Human Rights Officer, Monitoring and Investigation
Location: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:
- Conduct day‑to‑day monitoring activities related to human rights in various sectors.
- Promote and protect economic and social rights.
- Assist in developing and implementing advocacy and campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
- LLB/LLM Degree in Law, Human Rights Law, or International Law.
- 4 years of relevant experience for LLB holders OR 2 years for LLM holders.
- Computer literacy required.
- Knowledge of Amharic required; knowledge of other local languages advantageous.

3. Senior Project Accountant
Location: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities (fallback applied):
- Manage project accounting and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IFMIS and IPSAS standards.
- Support donor‑funded project financial management.
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience and knowledge of IFMIS and IPSAS required.
- Experience with donor projects is a plus.
- Computer literacy required.
- Knowledge of Amharic and English required; knowledge of other local languages advantageous.
