Job Overview
The Hotel is seeking a Hospitality Trainer to join its team. The role involves training and supporting staff to deliver exceptional hospitality services, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Option 1: BA degree in Management, Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related fields with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience (preferably in the hospitality industry).
- Option 2: College Diploma/10+3/Level III Certificate in the above fields with a minimum of 4 years’ work experience (preferably in the hospitality industry).
Additional Requirements:
- Age limit: 18 – 35 years old
- Applicants must bring their 8th grade certificate or birth certificate and one photo when applying
