The company supports development and humanitarian programs across Ethiopia and sub-Saharan Africa.
We are seeking qualified professionals for large-scale field research projects across multiple regions in Ethiopia.
Position 1: Data Collectors / Enumerators
Responsibilities
- Conduct household and community-level data collection.
- Utilize digital data collection tools (CommCare preferred).
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of survey data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Sociology, Anthropology, Education, Public Health, or related fields.
- CGPA: 3.25 and above.
- Exit exam result: 65% and above.
- Up to 6 years of experience in survey data collection or field research.
- Experience in household data collection desirable.
- Youth under 35 are highly encouraged to apply.
Skills
- Strong familiarity with digital data collection tools.
- Ability to work under intensive fieldwork schedules.

Position 2: Qualitative Researchers
Responsibilities
- Conduct Key Informant Interviews (KII), In-Depth Interviews (IDI), and Focus Group Discussions (FGD).
- Analyze qualitative data and prepare reports.
- Manage sensitive discussions with respondents.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (MPH/MA) or PhD in Public Health, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or Development Studies.
- Minimum 4 years of qualitative research experience (Master’s) or 2 years (PhD).
- Demonstrated experience in qualitative data analysis and report writing.
Skills
- Strong interviewing and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of research ethics and confidentiality practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Position 3: Field Supervisors
Responsibilities
- Supervise survey teams and coordinate fieldwork.

- Manage household survey supervision and logistics.
Qualifications
- BA/BSc Degree in Public Health, Economics, Social Sciences, Education, Development Studies, Rural Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
- More than 6 years of experience in field research and team coordination.
- Proven experience in household survey supervision.
- Familiarity with digital data collection systems (CommCare, KoBoToolbox, etc.).
Skills
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage diverse teams in field settings.
