Job Description

As a Lead Generation, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities to support the company’s growth strategy. This position requires a proactive, results-oriented individual skilled in finding and qualifying leads through various channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Research, track, maintain, and update leads to support the business development team.
  • Qualify leads through direct outreach, including email, phone calls, and social media engagement.
  • Conduct research on potential clients, industries, and markets to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain and manage the lead generation database to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in executing targeted email campaigns to engage potential clients.
  • Gather client and market insights through surveys and research initiatives.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management regarding lead generation progress.
  • Stay informed about the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation or a related role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a history of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong presence on LinkedIn and other professional networks is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is required
