Educational Qualification:

Applicants must hold a BA Degree in one of the following or related fields:

• Accounting
• Management
• Banking & Finance
• Economics

Work Experience:

• 0–1 year of relevant banking experience
• Experience should be related to Customer Service Officer positions

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good oral communication skills
• Customer handling ability
• Analytical skills
• Basic computer operation skills

Place of Work:

• Under East Finfinne District Branches (City Branches)
