Nib International Bank (NIB) was established on 26 May 1999 under License No. LBB/007/99, in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business No. 84/1994.
The Bank commenced operations on 28 October 1999 with 27 employees and became the sixth private bank licensed in Ethiopia. Today, NIB continues to expand its services nationwide with a strong commitment to professionalism and innovation.

Position 1: Banking Business Manager II
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience, of which:
- 2 years as BBO (CSO), Associate Branch Controller (Internal Control Officer I), or
- 3 years as Junior Branch Controller, Junior CRO, or equivalent core banking positions
Place of Work
- Gelemso, Bedessa, Awebere, Harar, Jigjiga & Dire Dawa
Position 2: Collateral Valuator
Educational Qualification
- BSc in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or related fields
Work Experience
- 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as Associate Property Valuation Officer or equivalent

Position 3: Attorney
Educational Qualification
Work Experience
- 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as Associate Attorney or equivalent

Position 4: Human Resource Management Officer
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields

Educational Qualification
- MSc/BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields

- 4–6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as Mechanical Engineer or equivalent

Position 6: Branch Manager II
Educational Qualification
- MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Work Experience
- 5–7 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent

Position 7: Branch Manager I (Interest Free Banking – IFB)
Educational Qualification
- MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Work Experience
- 5–7 years of banking experience, including 2 years in managerial core banking roles
- Sharia knowledge is preferable

Position 8: Interest Free Banking Business Supervisor
Educational Qualification
- MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Work Experience
- 5–7 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Senior IFB Officer or equivalent
- Sharia knowledge is preferable

- 5–7 years of relevant banking experience, including 2 years as Senior Digital Banking Officer or equivalent

Position 10: Principal Financial Reporting & Budget Control Officer
Educational Qualification
- MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Work Experience
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as Senior Financial Reporting & Budget Control Officer or equivalent

Position 11: Manager – Fintech Management
Educational Qualification
- MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
OR - MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Work Experience
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years at Senior, Supervisor, Principal, or Expert level
- Experience in Technology, Fintech, or Digital Transformation is an added advantage
