1. Customer Service Officer II

Duty Station: Mersa
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
  Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years in banking operations
• Knowledge of Interest‑Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous

2. Senior Architect (Full‑Time Contract)

Duty Station: Head Office
Qualifications:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
  Experience:
• Master’s: 6 years / Bachelor’s: 8 years
• Completed at least 10 architectural projects on time and within budget
• Professional Architect License (PPAR) from Ethiopian authority
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian building codes and standards
• Ability to prepare drawings, 3D models, and project documentation
• Excellent communication, decision‑making, and design quality focus

3. Project Manager (Contract/Freelance Basis)

Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields (Master’s preferred)
  Experience:
• 12 years in construction project management, including 8 years in design phase of large‑scale projects
• Proven experience in high‑rise or mixed‑use buildings (30+ floors preferred)
• Skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and Bank/Owner‑side supervision
