We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Blockchain Professional to join a global innovation-driven company pioneering asset tokenization and blockchain infrastructure. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating impactful blockchain solutions that merge technology with transparency, compliance, and real-world application. This role is open to candidates based in Ethiopia or anywhere globally.
Candidates in Addis Ababa have the option to work onsite or hybrid with our local team. Remote arrangements are available for international applicants.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop blockchain architecture and smart contract systems
- Build and deploy secure, scalable solutions on platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, or similar
- Write and audit smart contracts (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, etc.)
- Collaborate with global product, legal, and tech teams on end-to-end solution delivery
- Stay up to date with industry trends, standards, and compliance frameworks (DeFi, tokenization, etc.)
- Contribute to research and development of blockchain strategy and product roadmap
🔸 Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional blockchain development experience
- Strong knowledge of Solidity, Rust, Go, or similar smart contract languages
- Experience with Web3 tools (Web3.js, Ethers.js), decentralized storage (IPFS), and APIs
- Practical understanding of secure deployment, testing, and audit procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and across multicultural, cross-functional teams
✅ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tokenizing physical or financial assets
- Previous work with financial technology, DeFi platforms, or blockchain consulting
- Familiarity with global digital asset regulations and compliance practices
- Contributions to open source blockchain projects or public protocols
