Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sauna, Steam, and Massage Professional to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of holistic wellness practices and the ability to deliver exceptional client care through steam therapy, sauna services, and a variety of massage techniques. This role is central to creating a relaxing, rejuvenating, and healing environment for our guests.

Perform a variety of massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, reflexology) based on client needs and preferences.

Assess client health conditions and tailor treatments accordingly.

Maintain accurate records of treatments and client preferences.

Sauna and Steam Room Services:

Guide clients in the safe use of sauna and steam facilities.

Explain health benefits and usage guidelines clearly to clients.

Ensure equipment and areas are clean, functional, and meet hygiene standards.

Monitor client safety and comfort during sessions.

Customer Service:

Greet clients warmly and professionally.

Provide consultations to help clients choose the most appropriate treatments.

Respond promptly and professionally to client feedback and inquiries.

Hygiene and Safety:

Sanitize massage equipment, therapy rooms, and steam/sauna areas between sessions.

Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Report any equipment maintenance needs or safety concerns.

Working Conditions:

Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.

Calm and clean working environment within a spa, wellness center, or hotel setting.

ደንበኞችን በአክብሮት እና በሙያዊነት መቀበል።

ምቾታቸውን የሚያሟሉ አገልግሎቶችን እንዴት እንደሚመርጡ ማማከር።

አስተያየት ወይም ጥያቄ በሚቀርብበት ጊዜ በተገቢ ሁኔታ መመልስ።

ንጽህና እና ደህንነት፦

የማሳጅ መሳሪያዎችን፣ ክፍሎችን እና የሳውና/የሞሮኮ አካባቢዎችን ከእያንዳንዱ እንግዳ በኋላ መንጻት ይጠበቅባቸዋል።

ሁሉንም የጤና እና የደህንነት መመሪያዎች መከተል።

የመሳሪያ ጉዳት ወይም የደህንነት ችግር ካጋጠመ ቶሎ አፋታኝ መፍትሂ መስጠት።

ብቁነቶች፦

የማሳጅ ብቃት የሚያረጋግጥ የስልጠና ማረጋገጫ (በአገር ውስጥ ወይም በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ)።

ቢያንስ 1–2 ዓመት የማሳጅ እና የስፓ ልምድ።

በሳውና እና ሞሮኮ ክፍል ስራዎች ልምድ ያላት/ው።

የአካል አናቶሚ፣ ፊዚዮሎጂ፣ እና የደህንነት መረጃዎች ልምድ ያላት/ው።

የተሻለ የመግባባት እና የአካባቢ ክህሎት።

የተሟላ የሥራ ቅርጽ እና ባህሪ።

የህይወት መድኃኒት (CPR) እና የመጀመሪያ ህክምና ማረጋገጫ ቢኖር ይመረታል።

የመስራት ሁኔታ፦

ረጅም ጊዜ ቆሞ መስራት እና አካላዊ ስራዎች መፈጸም የሚችል።

በማታና በሳምንቱ መጨረሻ ጊዜ እንደሚያስፈልግ ተለዋዋጭ ሰዓታት።

በጸጥታ እና በንፁህ የስፓ/የእንክብካቤ አካባቢ ውስጥ መስራት።
